4. Payments & Billing

  • Payment Partner: We use Razorpay and UPI for secure online transactions. By choosing these methods, you agree to the terms of our payment partners.

  • Service Fees: Project fees are as per the individual contract signed between Studio Dot and the Client.

  • Taxes: All payments are subject to applicable GST or other government taxes as per Indian law.

5. User Obligations

By using our site or client portal, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information (e.g., Site coordinates, billing details).

  • Refrain from attempting to bypass our security measures or "scraping" our design portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

Studio Dot strives for excellence in every design, but we shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or third-party links. Our professional liability for design services is strictly governed by the individual project contract.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhuj, Gujarat.
