At Studio Dot, our delivery process is defined by the nature of the project—ranging from professional design services to handcrafted physical elements.

1. Professional Services (Studio Dot & Design for Everyone)

For our architectural, interior design, and masterplanning services, "delivery" is primarily digital.

  • Digital Delivery: All project deliverables, including 2D drawings, 3D models, and research reports, are delivered via secure digital links or email.

  • Timeline: Delivery milestones are strictly governed by the specific Project Contract or MOU signed at the commencement of the project.

2. Physical Goods (Think Elemental)

Our research and development wing, Think Elemental, involves the delivery of physical prototypes, material samples, or handcrafted design elements.

  • Processing & Transit: While we aim for a standard processing time of 5–7 working days, all commitments for processing and transit time are superseded by written commitments made at the time of finalization of the order. * Shipping Area: We ship physical goods across India. International inquiries are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • Costs: Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on weight and destination and will be communicated at the time of order.

3. Limitation of Liability (Force Majeure)

Studio Dot shall not be held liable for any delays in the delivery of services or physical goods due to unforeseen situations beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions.

  • Pandemics or public health emergencies.

  • Changes in government policies, export/import regulations, or tax laws.

  • Strikes, labor disputes, or civil unrest.

  • Acts of war or disruptions in global/local logistics networks.

4. Confirmation of Delivery

  • Services: A service is considered "delivered" once the final digital files have been transmitted or the consultation has been completed.

  • Goods: For physical shipments, a tracking ID will be provided via email once the package is dispatched.
