Qualities We Value

  • Two very important skills to survive in the design field besides your wits to be creative.

  • A lot of our design process at the studio entails one to get their hands dirty experimenting and sampling.

  • While we love and appreciate those applying to have the above qualities, drafting and model making (both software and physical) carry a lot of weightage.

    • Core Proficiencies

      We look for precision in 2D CAD drafting and a fluid command of 3D modeling in SketchUp. Beyond the drawing board, we value organized thought—proficiency in the MS Office Suite and the habit of diligent note-taking are essential to our collaborative workflow.

    • Valued Extensions

      We appreciate those who bring a diverse creative lens to the studio. Skills in 3D rendering and photo editingare highly regarded, as is a natural inclination toward Research & Development and content writing to help articulate our design narratives.
