Cancellation and Refunds Policy
At Studio Dot, we strive to provide high-quality service. However, we understand that there may be instances where cancellations or refunds are required. This policy outlines our terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Order Cancellations
1.1 For Digital Products:
Cancellations for digital products are allowed only if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. Once the digital content has been downloaded, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.
1.2 For Services:
Before Service Commencement: If you have purchased a service (such as design consultations or other Studio Dot offerings) and wish to cancel before the service begins, you can do so by contacting us at least 30 days before the scheduled start. A full refund will be processed.
After Service Commencement: If the service has already commenced, cancellations will not be eligible for refunds.
Terms of an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) and/or Terms of Service if signed by the customer/client supersede the terms of cancellation or refund mentioned here and are bound to the terms agreed upon at the time of signing.
2. Refund Policy
As per standard returns policy, a fixed service charge of INR 100 + 18%GST is levied on all refunds. An additional 5% is levied on refunds where payment is made using debit/credit card.
2.1 For Digital Products:
As digital products are intangible and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for successfully delivered digital products unless they are found to be faulty or defective. Please reach out to us with any issues, and we will work to resolve them.
2.2 For Services:
No refunds are available for services that have already been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at admin@studiodot.in with the following details:
Your order number
Reason for the refund request
Any supporting documents or images (if applicable)
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
Gift cards or vouchers
Sale items or items purchased at a discount
Custom orders, personalized products, or bespoke services unless they are defective
5. Shipping Costs
For product returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the expected processing time, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@studiodot.in.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
